Mini Guacamole Cups
Ingredients:
1-3/4 cups prepared guacamole
30 frozen mini filo shells, thawed 10 minutes
8 grape tomatoes
Preparation:
Make guacamole or add sour cream and chopped fresh tomatoes to frozen guacamole.
Fill the filo cups with the guacamole. Quarter each grape tomato and top each little cup. Serve!
